Senior IT Technician

About the role

As a Senior IT Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery of our digital services. You will work both strategically and operationally, often in close collaboration with customers, and be involved throughout the entire process—from design and implementation to operations, further development, and improvement.

We are looking for candidates with experience and documented or certified expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Microsoft 365, including Intune

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Linux

  • Networks and Communication

  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Strong ability to document solutions and completed work in a structured and clear manner

As a Senior IT Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation and migration projects

  • Configuration, standardization, and automation

  • Operation, monitoring, and further development of Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud services

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for existing customers

  • Technical support for presale activities as needed

Location

Location in Alingsås or as agreed. Travel is required.
